Closed Circuit Shotblasting is universally recognised for its versatility and wide range of applications.

The removal of laitence, paint and coatings from a concrete floor is a quick, and virtually dust free operation, and the remaining surface has a texture which is perfect to key new finishes.

The process works just as effectively on steel, removing rust and anti-corrosion coatings, leaving a SA 2.5 finish, which is normally required for re-coating. Maintenance projects on both concrete and steel bridge decks, ship decks and helipads can be completed much faster than using other methods, and with savings in time, cost and environmental damage.

Asphalt and concrete roads can be treated to remove rubber build-up and to reinstate the skid resistance, which improves safety factors without the very high costs involved when re-laying the road surface. The removal of road markings can be achieved with ease, and the remaining surface is perfect to reinstate a new marking with a guarantee it will not de-bond.
