Scarifying
Scarifying is a most effective way of reducing high spots in concrete, or to remove flexible or extremely resilient surface finishes, where only a mechanical abrasion method will work effectively.
Typical applications include removing raised thermoplastic road markings and remedial repairs on asphalt highways, bridge deck and car park waterproofing membranes.
The applications for floor maintenance are vast, including removing paint, epoxies, and screeds, and grooving of concrete for extreme slip resistance, such as in agricultural buildings, car park, retail and industrial ramps.
