Removing old coatings, e.g. adhesives, paint or epoxy, used to be a major challenge for every floor contractor - with Superfloor this is a thing of the past, even when the carpet adhesive is still tacky.

With this innovative diamond grinding process, adhesives, old latex and resin are removed to leave a slightly porous, dead flat finish ready for re-laying. It also eliminates a need to latex in order to achieve the desired surface.

The combination of the Superstripper and floor grinding has meant that by utilising Superfloor processes, a flooring contractor can expect to reduce their programme time by up to 50%, allowing the contractor to improve productivity with their specialist workforce, and reduce down-time of high yield retail space.

Diamond Grinding has reached a new level in technology which allows an ordinary good quality concrete floor to be polished, in up to nine steps, to a high gloss finish.

The effect is to produce a visually stunning, low maintenance decorative Terrazzo type surface from an existing or specially laid concrete slab. The virtually seamless finished product is hard wearing, easily cleaned and is not affected by heat or chemicals.
